Chapter 7

For a Chapter 7, we charge $1,700 plus the filing fee of $299. We know that is a lot of money, especially when you are struggling to get by, but we do offer payment programs. For $300 we will start preparing your bankruptcy petition, but we will not file the petition until we are paid in full. This gives us time to complete all the paperwork, while you come up with the rest of the balance. We have found this method to work well over the years.

Chapter 11

Chapter 11 are typically charged on an hourly basis.

Chapter 13

For a Chapter 13, we charge $3,500 plus the filing fee of $274. Since most people do not have that kind of money, we permit you to pay $1,500 of the fee through the Plan interest free. Similar to a Chapter 7, we will start preparing your petition for $300.
